Lura differentiates with its joystick like grip, button placed at the back ,speed adjustment on the top and detachable gear box. It's impossible to wash the lid of a traditional blender with a built in gearbox system, but thanks to the patented design, the user can wash all the plastic parts when the gear box is detached.
